Amazon SEND (Amazon Cross-Border Carrier Partner Program) is a one-stop FBA head-haul inbound service provided by Amazon-vetted logistics carriers. It covers everything from pickup in China, export customs clearance, international transportation, destination-country customs clearance, to final delivery into Amazon fulfillment centers.
FCL (Full Container Load) is a dedicated transport option within SEND for single-point inbound shipments using an entire container to ship inventory from China to US FBA warehouses.

03 How to Place a SEND FCL Order? Five Simple Steps
Step 1: Create an FBA shipment
Log in to Amazon US Seller Central. In the menu bar, select "Supply Chain" and click "Send to Amazon" to start creating your FBA shipment.
Step 2: Select inventory and shipping method
Choose the inventory you want to ship, select the SKUs and enter quantities, then click "Prepare to Ship." When creating the FBA shipment, select the Amazon fulfillment center. Choose Amazon SEND and select consolidated shipment "1 shipment."
Step 3: Select shipping method and get freight quote
After choosing the shipping date, service type, and export license, enter the container type and quantity as needed – 20GP, 40GP, or 40HQ. Click "Get Freight Quote" to view the official contracted rate.
Step 4: Select the carrier
From the carrier list, select AMASS, then choose the corresponding delivery service based on your desired transit time.
Step 5: Confirm and place the order
Fill in the shipper information and shipment details. After confirming everything is correct, click "Accept charges and confirm shipment." Order data will automatically flow into the system – no need for separate registration or cross-system duplicate ordering.
