01 Five Steps to Ship with Vietnam SEND
If you have a store registered on Amazon Vietnam, you can ship directly within Seller Central using the "Send to Amazon" (SEND) workflow by following the five-step process.

If you only have a store registered on Amazon China but want to ship from Vietnam, you can also select "Pick up Vietnam" in Seller Central, choose AMASS, and follow the SEND ordering steps to ship from Vietnam.

Step 1: Create Shipment

1. Log in to Amazon Seller Central.
2. Navigate to Inventory → Shipments.
3. Select the Send to Amazon (STA) function, choose the ASINs you want to ship, and create your FBA shipment.

Step 2: Select Shipping Service and Carrier

1. Enter your local Vietnam pickup address (coverage across all of Vietnam; door-to-door pickup is available) and select the SKUs you want to send.
2. Under transportation mode, select Ocean.
3. From the list of Amazon-partnered carriers, directly select [AMASS] as the carrier. Confirm the shipment date and transportation mode (sea freight + parcel delivery / sea freight + LTL/FTL trucking).

Step 3: Confirm Shipment Details and Costs

1. Fill in the Vietnam export customs information and U.S. import customs clearance information.
2. The system will automatically calculate the costs. Verify key details such as shipment weight, dimensions, and destination FBA warehouse.
3. Confirm that all information is correct and submit to complete the shipment creation process.

Step 4: Label Shipment and Schedule Pickup

1. Print and affix FBA labels and shipping labels as per system requirements.
2. Contact AMASS customer service (door-to-door pickup service available across all of Vietnam) to confirm the pickup address, deliver the goods to a designated warehouse if closer, or schedule a door-to-door pickup (subject to shipment volume and location).

Step 5: Real-Time Tracking and Billing

1. After the shipment is submitted, you can track its logistics status in real-time via Seller Central.
2. Key milestones such as pickup, departure, customs clearance, and warehouse receipt are pushed in real-time.
3. After the goods are received at an Amazon fulfillment center, the charges are automatically reflected in your seller account.
4. Amazon handles the unified billing; no separate payment is required.
5. View the details under Transactions → Service Fees.
